Dear Daniel, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. As I understood from you, our hotel experience/ Air-con services was not on par with the level you’ve always been accustomed to. We deeply apologise for that and we are sorry that you were disappointed this time. We have set the standards way too high that even we sometimes fail to meet them.This incident has been duly noted and the necessary precautions have been put in place as preventive measures.
