Great location, nice hotel.
The hotel is in a great location with great views over the Victoria Dock, and people swimming by! Very welcoming staff. One criticism is that the bathrooms are small so it's easy to bump into things. Very good buffet breakfast at tables with views over dock.

The Good Hotel is conveniently located for The O2 as it is right next to the sky gondolas that take you right across the river. It is a few minutes walk away from the nearest train station. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet with a great story and reason for existing. The rooms are small but provide everything that is needed for a short stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing! The view was beautiful, the breakfast was great, room was clean and the staff was lovely. Ibrahim (hope I’m spelling it correctly) was the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay there again!

This is my 3rd stay maybe my 4th I was greeted warmly and in my room was a welcome back hand written note with chocolate and water. That just made my day they remembered me and I love that!! I love how close it is to transportation, the cable carts and being on the Thames makes me happy. Staff always so nice and accommodating.

Not good if you want to sleep
Hotel looks nice but isn’t all what it seems. The rooms are very small and basic you can hear everything from the next room. Kept awake all night but the sound of the neighbouring room snoring, the walls must be made of paper. You can hear running water constant from the other rooms. The fan makes a noise constant even when not in use. Room was clean however not good for sleeping in

Really enjoyed my stay, but just a heads up to any future travelers: I booked this hotel because it listed having laundry available - but be prepared to pay an extortionate amount of money if you need anything washed. It would genuinely be cheaper to buy new clothes - and I wish I was joking, but I'm not. The price sheet they gave me was eye watering - I'm lucky that I didn't NEED to use the service as still had some fresh clothes remaining, but had it been earlier in my trip, that cost barrier would have been a massive problem trying to get my clothes clean - so do keep that in mind if you're hoping to wash your clothes here. You might want to plan looking for a seperate laundrette facility to have any washing done - anywhere else would be more affordable than their rates. But that was my only issue - the hotel overall is lovely, immediately next door to the cable cars into North Greenwich / the O2, close to the DLR and 10 minutes away from the Elizabeth Line - an excellent place to stay in East London overall - and outside of the laundry prices, I highly recommend it!!
