The entrance lobby smelled of smoke and stale cooked food but the staff member who met us was welcoming and helpful. He found an iron when asked. The wardrobe door was tricky to close. The bed was comfortable but the wc leaked making the washroom floor wet and consequently my pyjama bottoms had to be changed after using the loo!

Good value!
A very good value hotel (no breakfast) with bathroom including bath, tv and kettle. Really all we needed to stay a night in a quiet area of NW London.

The rooms are tiny. The wardobe door was falling off the hinges, no hangers. On suite shower was small and the sink was tiny. Room decor was not good. Staff were fine. We only stayed one night, thank God. The only plus was the 83 bus to Wembley park was right outside on the street.

So Underrated
Love this place. I stay you here quite a lot as it's close to a client. The staff are extraordinarily good, the bed is always comfy, the location is perfect for food places, shops, public transport etc and always put a smile on my face when I see them as the hotel I'm staying inn for a night or two in the diary.

Reserved a room on the Expedia website which stated two double beds. Upon arrival told that we only have a room with one double bed and that we would be charged extra to change to the correct room. Receptionist was rude throughout the interaction and would not help to rectify this issue. I would like to give a Zero for Staff & Service for this interaction, however this is not possible. We have been staying with this hotel for a few months now and 'Mary' has always been accommodating, shame to lose a customer over an interaction like this.

Avoid. We left - worst place I’ve ever stayed.
I’ve never left a bad review in my life but… On arrival we couldn’t park as The car park was very tight (we have an average-sized vehicle) and other people had parked so badly we couldn’t get in the space. We went to check in & there was no-one on reception, answering the office phone or the emergency number. Eventually someone showed up & told us we’d have to park on the road & move the car in the morning so we didn’t get a ticket. We went to our room which was not in good condition - the floorboards were worn & uneven, the bathroom tap was loose, the radiators were rusty, there was dirt under the beds (clearly visible as soon as you walk in - we weren’t looking for it). The beds were very creaky & loud. In terms of amenities, we were expecting a fridge, so we bought things to make lunches with to keep the cost of our trip down - there wasn’t one so we had to throw it all away. We enquired & were told that only some of the rooms have fridges & they couldn’t help us. The advertised hairdryer was also missing. There was only 1 pillow each so we had to roll up blankets & use those. Worst of all, the noise from other people was unbearable & went on into the early hours - doors were banging throughout & it sounded like they were moving furniture in the room above - our walls were literally shaking. It’s honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed - I almost slept in the car. We paid for 3 nights but left after that 1 & stayed elsewhere, which didn’t help our limited budget.

Bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. There were times where we'd come back after a long day, and the toilet would look like sewage water. The same would happen overnight. Broken closet door. Broken shower door with a drain that backs up when showering -- almost leaked onto the floor. Also, staying on the first floor, we had a window that opened directly to the street that anyone can definitely climb into. We had to keep it open at least slightly overnight because there was no AC to cool down the room (it got relatively warm). Did not feel safe -- also noisy.
