Breakfast- basic cheese and toast only plus cereals and boil or scramble egg to choose from. Room- big with the smallest tv ever. Clean room and bathroom. 1 from 4 beds was broken. The service was excellent.

Fair place to stay for an over night stay
Very nice hotel staff friendly. The only down side was not enough pillows, very thin and only one each. Kettle didn't work but once reported it was replaced in about 20 mins.

Had a very vey bad experience, when we arrived midnight, hotel staff told us Expedia never confirm my booking with them at all, and there was no available room at all. When I show them the email from Expedia mentioned that “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm.” hotel staff claimed/ insisted the booked room was not confirmed, and there were a few similar incidents happened on the same day. It was a raining Saturday midnight, my son & I had to search for a hotel, unfortunately there was none available at the nearby hotels at all. Hotel staff also help med us call all the hotels nearby, unfortunately there was no room available at all. I was so exhausted. I begged the hotel staff to allow us to stay/rest in the sofa for a few hours as we have subsequent trip early next morning. Hotel staff rejected. Subsequently, he tried to be friendly and help us buy giving us a room which was still at the renovation stage, it was smellly and dirty, however better than stay in the street. I accepted the deal to pay the same amount as what I booked for staying 1 night in this room. Please give me an explanation and compensate accordingly.

Nice hotel central location.
This was a nice hotel, excellent value for money . Large room slept 4 and parking at the front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Minimum Standard
I had gone to London to see christmas and chose to stay here because got a solo room for less than 60 quid. I would recommend spend some more and stay in zone 1. There is not much to do locally in this area but the tube station is not far away. It will take you probably half hour to get to a place you want to be in like angel or kings cross. Breakfast was just okay with bread and juice. No sausage or baccon if you are expecting that.

24 hr reception which was great as we arrived at 3am. Room had not been cleaned but we were moved very quickly. Service very good. Very good value. Happy to stay again

Hotel convenient for transport and shops
Staff were very caring and the hotel was in a convenient situation for travelling around. Two small details to pick holes in were the the shower cubicle was rather tight to get in and out of and a small mat to step out on would have been good. Breakfast would have been perfect if the toaster had been performing a lot faster. They needed a commercial one rather than a domestic one.

not the best
We could hear everything next door and above and below. not good for light sleepers, all the doors slammed too which didn't help. Our room was absolutely roasting hot, when we asked were told couldn't do anything. actually felt sick it was so warm in the room. reception staff had very poor English which made it hard to communicate, asked for extra pillow and chap couldn't understand me, I gave up in the end.

Not good for tourists. Poor English skills, no information. Carpets needed vacuuming and cleaning. Breakfast was adequate. They are vegetarian so no meat. Say 10 minutes walk from tube. More like 20-30 minutes. Could not give us directions from the tube. Not much nightlife in the neighborhood.

Hand for Golders green and station.
A reasonable hotel, value for money. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice breakfast, simple but tasty and lots of tea and coffee too. Bed was very comfy and clean. Ensuite which was good, clean though a little dated but did the job fine. A good size shower too.

Truly Awful experience
Hotel claimed they didn't receive my booking. Took 2 hours of stressful telephone calls with hotel manager and Expedia to eventually be provided an alternative hotel. I appreciate that overbookings can happen, but to lie to me "we didn't receive the booking from Expedia" is a ridiculous excuse in 2017 and then to be treated like I'm an idiot who got the wrong hotel or wrong dates was truly awful. Can't comment on hotel condition as I didn't see inside due to kick-out.

The place was friendly enough but the bed was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. The breakfast was OK for a free one but the Coffee was worse than the room coffee, which was the cheapest instant version available

The hotel was flooded so they book the room for me opposite hotel which they promise the same price but then I end up paying £20 more and they were not able to grand me invoice as this was company booking

A place to sleep
The main attraction of this hotel is the location and price. The room is OK, certainly not the worst I've stayed in. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious, everything worked. The staff are a little standoff-ish, but if you're nice to them, they're OK. There can be a fair amount of noise - sound proofing is not a feature of this building. Luckily there was only one adjoining room to ours and it didn't cause us too much stress, but it's something to be aware of. There is indeed black mould growing in places in the room. It didn't cause us any issues, but if you're sensitive to it, it could be a problem. The free breakfast is really pushing the boundaries of being a 'breakfast' to the point where it's very nearly false advertising, which was disappointing but not unexpected, having stayed in similar hotels in the past. There's no bath mat in the room and the hot water took some time to come through, but the shower was warm otherwise. Over all, I would probably stay again because it's "not that bad", but it wouldn't be my first choice.

well I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the double glazing the window was well past its sell bye date as it did not close, so it was draughty and as it faced the road very very,noisy. I will never ever use this hotel AGAIN.
