Location: Hotelli sijaitsee Shepherd Bush ja Hammersmith maanalaisasemien välillä, molemmat aika kaukana.
Ostin hotelli ja lennot paketin kuukausi etukäteen ja saavuttuamme hotelliin henkilökunta väitti että he eivät olleet saaneet maksua. Hotellilla ei ollut perinteistä reception-tiskiä ja nuori kaveri istui lounashuoneessa, jota luuli asiakkaaksi.
