This is a decent hotel near Regent Park. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Baker St station but there are numerous buses that pick up outside the hotel that can make the journey in about 5 minutes. The hotel is older and could use a refresh but good value for the cost.

I loved the peaceful location of this hotel. Otis close to shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Das Interieur ist veraltet und die Zimmer machen dadurch einen eher schäbigen Eindruck. Das Bett ist bequem und die Wäsche wurde nach zwei Tagen gewechselt. Handtuchwechsel und Auffüllen von Wasser, Kaffee und Keksen täglich. Das Frühstück ist gut, allerdings wirkt das Personal beim Frühstück wenig geschult. Tische wurden nicht zeitig abgeräumt und nachdem der Gast gegangen war würde im zeitlupentempo der Tisch mit einem Lappen grob gestreichelt, fand ich ganz schrecklich. Darüber hinaus hat das Personal sich nicht im Griff, vor den Gästen in der Nase bohren oder sich über Kunden lustig machen. Lage des Hotels ist gut. Direkt gegenüber der schöne Regents Park und zwei U-Bahn Stationen sind fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Took 15 minutes to check in. The staff could not find my reservation. Then when found it. He gave us a room key, when we opened the room we food other guests bags. We reported it to the reception and then they apologized and gave an upgrade room.

Lovely Hotel & professional staff.
We stayed in a refurbished delux king room on the 10th floor. Lovely view of Lord Cricket Ground & park. The hotel knew we were celebrating our 40th anniversary and gave us a delightful plate decorated with cake & macaroons, so kind. Breakfast excellent, great choice of melon, pineaple, cold meats, yoguts, cereal, breads & pastries as well as usual hot food. Room serviced daily. Helpful staff throughout. Highly recommend. Will return when next in London. I agree from the outside the hotel looks rather run down, however the interior is lovely. As someone else has already stated in an early review "Don't judge a book by its cover".

Arrived in a rush to attend a show and left luggage in room. Disappointed to discover a brisk ten minute walk to tube needed. Return to hotel required going to rear entrance through unsettling environment for two females. On retiring to room my daughter noted black spots on the sheets on her bed. Whilst not conclusive this is suggestive of an infestation incompatible with a good night’s sleep . Complained to reception and male staff member came and did not express surprise. He showed me to another room whilst my daughter waited. It seemed alright but when my daughter came she noted black spots on the bedding there as well . We had to leave after 0100 hrs as we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the beds. Left keys at desk choosing to drive home rather than risk sleeping in bed which might be unclean. Spoke briefly with staff member again who asked if we were alright.

Great family room, perfect size for 4 with plenty of space. Had everything that we needed for our stay. Breakfast had lots of choice and was nice to go to the bar after a long day walking. One thing we needed were hooks by the door to hang coats (one day it rained alot and had nowhere to hang wet coats) but that is a minor point
