Sir/Madam Only thing that seemed a bit different was the cost of a continental breakfast. Seemed out of line with other offers while touring the UK. The price offered to children seemed more reasonable. Other than this our stay was great and we will return, but not eating breakfast if it remains at this price! Cheers Dave

Efficient for traveler, comfortable

Very easy check in as pre-paid, no requirement for credit card for incidentals (can pay as you go if you use dining etc), which means can just put key in a box on the way out to catch your flight. Love the easy walking bridge to terminal 4 and then the connections to other terminals via free tickets on the underground

Large, well-equipped, clean room. Gracious staff. However, you must install signage on stairs informing guests to use them ONLY in case of fire. I got stuck behind locked doors in stairwell on main floor and had no number for front desk.

I love how easy it is to get to/from terminals from the hotel. Especially after my flight was canceled and I couldn’t get rebooked on an appropriate flight on-line. It was so easy to grab the train from Terminal 4 to 3 and back again. The staff were great helping print boarding passes (I always use a paper back-up) and calling the hotel Delta booked me in as I was unable to fly out for an additional day. I wanted to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but the airline has agreement with separate facility— which was far worse than I imagined, but that’s a different review. I didn’t get an opportunity to dine in their restaurants, but they look nice from the outside. I never heard any noise from airplanes or other guests. By-the-way, Crowne Plaza shares a round reception desk with Holiday Inn. Half the semi-circle is Crowne the orher half Holiday Inn— make sure you go to the right side of the desk to check in. Anyway, I’m glad I got to spend one night at Crowne Plaza and wish I hadn’t spent the second night where I was shipped off to. I hope to stay here again.

Heathrow convenience

Perfect place to stay for an early airport getaway. Easy to access the airport via the footbridge. Room feels modern and clean. Restaurant was fine for dinner so you don’t need to leave the property. Room was so quiet I couldn’t tell we were at the airport.

Convenient for Overnight Layover

Excellent overnight accommodation at Heathrow T4 at a reasonable price. Connected to terminal by a 5-6 minute covered walkway. Would definitely recommend for an overnight layover.
