Don't Bother booking such hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: Services and everything
Location: Location is ok not great.
The hotel staff said i must to pay cash and directing me to use the cash machine inside the hotel which charges you for a transaction but i declined, insisting i made the booking with a card. The weather was so hot outside (30c) during my stay but there was no air conditioning in the room except at the reception. The room is so small that the bathroom door can't open for full access. i believe the room is design for a single bed not double bed. There is no space for you to keep your luggage if you are carrying a big luggage. i requested for a microwave which was stated in my booking but the staff asked me to used the one in the kitchen which means i had to come downstair to come warm my food. No cleaning done around the lobby, notice that when i left in the morning after seen a cup used for coffee lying on the floor and then coming back late in the night to find the same cup still there and not been removed. The dinning is in the same reception room which is not good as you might want privacy. The receptionist is the one also serving the customer in the dinning room, which was strange cos if you need something in the reception desk you can't find her there cos she's was in the kitchen helping to serve.
