Its ok good but could be better
Its was good dont get me wrong lovley open spaces but there were bed bugs in the room and thr floor boards are super creaky and loud and disturbing

Good value stay
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Room was one of a trio which shard a bathroom which was large and clean. Large number of food outlets within walking distance of hotel Canning Town tube is round about 10 minutes walk away.

Infested with Bedbugs
We booked 5 rooms at Canary Heights for business purposes. Two employees had to leave in the middle of the night as the room they were staying in was infested with bedbugs and cockroaches and they sustained multiple bites. We then booked new accommodation for all employees as the likelihood of the bedbugs being restricted to one room was highly unlikely. We asked for a refund for all 5 rooms, however, Canary Heights would only agree to reimburse for 1 room. I find this highly unacceptable given the circumstances. Our employees have had to throw away all of their clothes, bags and shoes etc and we have had to pay for our vehicles to be fumigated and have not been compensated for any of this. This has been a horrific experience for all involved and not to receive at least a refund for the rooms is extremely disappointing.

Not Impressed
The accommodation was far from clean with unknown dirty Marks on walls and curtains. There was also several holes in the floor where it seem the flooring had collapsed so you would fall into these when walking round the bed. The bed itself seemed to have sand or grit in it which when I laid down ended up in my mouth. The mattress was lumpy and there was no support from the pillow. I didn't sleep a wink

Ok overall and served a purpose for a good price but very poorly signposted, very odd check in process (insisted only photo ID) and no kettle (despite quite well equipped kitchen and tea and coffeee provided). But the room itself was ok, bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

There were stains all over the flour, walls and curtains. The room next to me were blasting loud music all night.

The hotel was reasonably ok. Clean bed sheets, tea and coffee facilities in the room. The shared bathroom was kept clean regularly. Is good if your staying for an over night trip on a budget. There’s no parking at the hotel so you need to find street parking. Tube station is about 10 min walk away.

Our room was a little small.but just about ok for 3 nights. Would have liked a seperate bathroom. Guess the rooms further up have kitchen& are larger.

The female at the front desk was nice and accommodating. The house keeping staff was as well. Only one elevator, Wifi wasn’t very good. Only two towels unless requested different every day. There was not much help when asking about close bars and restaurants for recommendations. Only one key given.
