We scheduled a late check-in at the hotel (1030pm) and when we arrived we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned between us and the previous guest. The person at the front desk initially told us there was nothing they could do (??) and it took some time to locate another staff member who arranged for us to be moved to a clean room (it was nearly midnight by then). The new room was nice, and the rest of our stay was fine. However, the room was far from soundproof - anyone in the hallway could be heard clearly, and we could also hear the person in the room next to ours. Location is convenient for the subway, dining, & shopping, but we will be unlikely to stay here again.

I would not stay here again. Room and facilities in the hotel were not good. Strong smell of urine through the hotel and pub below. I was booked in for three nights. I left after the first night. Staff were not interested why I was leaving early.

Great stay
Had a bit of a rocky start with some miscommunication and or lack of the same, but we figured it out. Nice stay, great service and a lot of sweet people. But very confused by the fact that the reception covers two hotel's

This place is in a fantastic location! The rooms are also very well kept and comfortable. Even though the area around the hotel is quite lively, it is nice and quiet.

Good location / Clean & comfy
Hotel is a short walk from Camden High Street where all the hustle & bustle goes on. Nicely decorated, clean & tidy hotel and the food is really nice in the restaurant below. (Good prices too) I would possibly stay again but I do think that £750 for three nights is a little pricey for a basic room.

Compact clean and comfortable and also quiet but the window had a pull blind but no curtains so the room had light coming in around the blind from the bulbs in the courtyard outside.

The staff and the location are great. There is work to be done to complete the renovations but the rooms were well equipped and quite comfortable. The patio. Was huge and private. The pub was fun and neighborhood friendly. The staff was truly friendly and kind. I will stay here again when in Camden

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, realty helpful and friendly staff who do their utmost to make their guests comfortable. In a really hip and fun area of London, with great choice of restaurants, shops, and just across from the tube (the London subway). So easy to get to anywhere you want in London from here. Reasonable price for what you get. Good wifi and a/c also. If you like to have fun in an interesting area of London and not stay in the usual bland corporate hotels, this is a perfect place.
