I spent $100 on a room at this hotel because my layover was 20 hours long. But then as soon as I landed in London, my flight was canceled so I booked a hotel room for nothing and wasted money.

Building was very old and in need of repairs. Room was the size of a walk in closet. No soap in bathroom. Bathroom in need of repair. What we did like was the staff was very friendly, the price of the room was very good, and we were close to the airport where we needed to catch a flight the next morning.

Great value over night stay
Easy to locate and right next to Heathrow. We had an early flight so it was great to have such an affordable option just 15 min by public bus to the airport. There were many buses so we didn’t need to panic about traffic or subway closures in the morning. The hotel is a little tired and the lifts are very slow but it’s fine. You can’t hear the planes! However we could hear the people in the room next door speaking softly. Bed is comfortable. Room is pretty small but we only had carry on bags so that was not an issue for us. People with luggage should book a bigger room. Restaurant seemed to have good value meals but we didn’t partake. They had breakfast for a reasonable amount but we left before 6.30 so it was too early.

Carpeting in halls and room was stained. Elevator doors did not function properly and grab. bars were either broken or missing altogether. Not very reassuring.

The staff was extremely nice; however, the hotel is outdated and dirty. The shower curtains smelled and the toilet was dirty. Needs improvement!!

The room looked substandard and cold although it was spacious. The bathroom tub need replacement as the paint around it was peeling off. There were stains on the carpet and some areas looked dirty. The hotel really need a makeover inside and outside. I won’t stay there again.

Very basic, says parking available, but it was expensive , £15 for overnight, description implied it was walkable to airport, reception said too dangerous. Late check in after midnight was good. Lift doors didnt open the whole way, was very creaky. Room & corridors very musty and tired. Comfortable bed, no charging ports. Quiet
