A place to sleep.

It's a pre-fab box with a bed and a tiny washroom. Don't expect luxury accommodations but if you have an early flight and don't want to bother with the tube that early in the morning, you can sleep at the airport and have a no stress walk to your flight.

This is more a hostel than a hotel, but at hefty hotel prices. Rooms are smaller than most hotels, there is a light that cannot be turned off in all rooms making it impossible to sleep, the rooms are not serviced daily, the wifi is very slow (tried on a number of devices) and the rooms are not noise proofed. There are not many eateries in the airport and the staff recommend you get a drink from the supermarket and bring it in. There are many better value places a short bus ride from the airport

Perfect if you have an early flight the next morning from T3. The rooms are small and without windows, but as the hotel is designed for a short stay to sleep for a few hours this is not a problem. The staff were very nice and the room was clean. It only took me 5 minutes from checkout the next morning to the security check at T3. It doesn't get any better than that. The only thing that bothered me was a small green light on the ceiling that you couldn't switch off. This made it a bit too bright for me at night

Shared area within the hotel was very poor (possible plumbing issues). Limited dining facilities within terminal 3 was also a problem if you are coeliac.

Convenient location

One complaint. The light switch was impossible to find. The room was interior, so it was pitch black. There was no switch in an identifiable location. I had to find a maid to show me where the switch was. It was on an interior wall location where no one would think to look.

Couldn’t be more convenient for Heathrow, Terminal 3, as situated in the arrivals hall. I’ve read negative feedback re windowless rooms and if you’re claustrophobic, then you mind find them a challenge as they are small too. However, the hotel is designed for an overnight stay, ahead of, or after a long flight and there are security issues which preclude windows. So if you’re looking for a week’s stay with sea view… Check in was easy, nice staff and despite size, you have a great king bed, decent shower and tea/coffee making stuff. Small lounge on 2nd floor, empty when we stayed, looks limited for food and drink. Best nip over to M&S food in Arrivals, or go walk about outside if you really want something more lavish. Moderately priced. Top marks.

It was a good stop for an overnight connection without leaving the actual airport. The room was decent size and clean. The shower was missing the hand shower head (the mount was there but no hand shower). The rain shower was spraying at all directions except for down. I understand the price is higher due to location and I was OK paying it to have at least a decent shower...

Landing in T4 it was quite a long way to get to T3 didn’t realize it would take so long. Hotel was clean and staff polite. Noisy though as walls seem thin; I was woken 2-3 times during the night by other guests slamming doors, babies crying and just talking in hallways. Otherwise recommended for easy access to next day flights

Perfect for if you are travelling from either Terminal 2 or 3. The room is basic but the shower is good, decent products and seemed very clean. There is a M&S food hall downstairs and places to get coffee. No window in the room but it was only a place to get some sleep before an early flight.

Wonderful Airport Terminal Hotel. Located at T3 in LHR very convenient if you have quite some hours or a day between flights. There is a M&S market for food and other stores right there. Our room was big with very comfortable beds and sofa. No windows as you are literally in T3.

Nice hotel but expensive. Needed to turn in rental car to catch early flight. No food but we went and ate at a pub in airport which wasn’t that good. Price you pay for being captive.

good nights sleep and a very convenient location. wifi didnt work, but staff logged me onto the airport wifi. room was small but clean and nice and dark and quite.
