One&Only Mandarina offers 105 air-conditioned accommodations with private pools and private plunge pools. Rooms open to balconies. These individually furnished accommodations include dining tables. Memory foam beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch Smart televisions come with digital channels. Coffee/tea makers and minibars are provided. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

This Lo de Marcos hotel provides complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, safes, and phones. This is one of the best properties I've been to. This reminds me to Capella Ubud in Bali and since I live in Miami, O&O Mandarina would be a great option for a come back. The views, jungle, beach, food, treehouse room and amenities are unlike any other in the American continent. However, pre-stay communication via email to plan an itinerary and service at Alma restaurant (where you normally have breakfast) left a lot to be desired for a property of this level.

This resort is absolutely breathtaking, the best I've ever experienced. It's expansive, requiring buggy rides from point to point, but the convenience of communicating with staff via WhatsApp makes navigation seamless. The responses are prompt, enhancing the overall ease of getting around the property. Plus, the food options are simply outstanding.

Exceptional property with excellent service. The beauty of the hotel is unparalleled to anything in North America given that natural habitat it’s located in. Our host Jorge and Javier took excellent care of us. Unforgettable 2 dishes- the sea urchin risotto with abalone at the pop up Singapore restaurant and the simple but divine spaghetti pomodoro with charred shrimp at the Italian restaurant should be a must. These two dishes really speaks to your soul if you are a food lover. The vegetable from their garden pizza is also well done. The quality of this pizza and pasta is world class. The spa is top notch. Will be back.

Great couple vacation

Exclusive, secluded, private and great services throughout the entire property. Well designed room, plenty of amenity to make for a great get away. Foods selections are healthy and thoughtful. Plenty to please the palettes and mesmerize the eyes. We recommend this property.

It was very tranquil and staff was very kind. It did take time to wait for food cart service to and from places since nothing is within walking distance which was annoying at times. Our dinner restaurant was canceled On of the nights too and not many other options to choose from. Overall it was a peaceful and very relaxing experience

Unbelievably great service and attention to detail. Amazing property. Not very walkable if that’s what you are looking for, so you will be riding a lot in golf carts instead but they are very quick to pick you up and take you all over the resort. The spa and gym are amazing and the beach is beautiful. The villas are beautiful also and the food is great.
