Reception and restaurant staff were all very polite and helpful. Hotel was lovely and warm. We visited in December so it was nice to get warm after being out in the cold weather. Room was very nice. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in Amsterdam. When we come back we will be staying here. Great staff. Greeted us at check-in with a choice of a beer or fancy coffee. Clean and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to most places we wanted to see. Great walking city!

An excellent hotel
This hotel was well above our expectations and we could not have been happier with the stay. The property interior is lovely, the staff equally so, and the room was very spacious. Accessibility was excellent, as I was traveling with my mom who needs a walker, and was very easy to navigate with no required steps anywhere on property. The stay included lots of nice, extra, little touches that really made it special. We absolutely recommend.

Very close to some cute thrift shops and the tram into downtown. Great location and breakfast. Overall, staff was sweet, very accommodating. Besides a few small inconveniences like: 1.The cleaning solution used for the bathroom smells very strongly of chlorine which we did not enjoy. 2. The room was much smaller than anticipated. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you to your wonderful staff!
