Welcome to your own private oasis just outside of Las Vegas. This stunning resort-style property offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Located in a quiet country setting, it is just a 20-minute drive from all the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the expansive pool and spa area. Lounge in the sun or take a dip in the crystal-clear water while enjoying the desert scenery. For some friendly competition, head to the game room and challenge your friends or family to a game of billiards or other classic games.

This spacious property features 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, providing plenty of room for a group or family. The main level boasts 4 bedrooms, with a mix of comfortable and luxurious beds including a king, 2 queens, a twin bunk bed, and a twin trundle. Additional sleeping space is available in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat on its own, featuring an en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in "super shower". Enjoy a relaxing shower before settling in for the night in the plush king-sized bed.

For the eco-conscious traveler, we offer an EV charger on the property.

- Guests are required to sign a "Guest Rental Agreement" upon booking.
- Jacuzzi is available for 5 hours nightly at no additional cost.

- For EV Charging you will need to download EVMatch app to book our EV charger during your stay. Please inquire so we can send the link to you.
- We have security cameras facing the street and in the front door as required by the city, none are in pool or private areas.
- We have noise monitoring device in the backyard and in the living room. These devices only records the decibels to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
- There is no waterline connected to the fridge, but ice trays are in the freezer.
We just have 5 easy rules:
1) No Parties! If you think it might be a party, it probably is but feel free to message us to clarify. Noise, excessive cars and excessive guests (more than allowed) typically is what constitutes a party.
2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house
3) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am (the city doesn't allow any outdoor activities during quiet hours, and fines $1000 for violations). If you want to hang out late at night, the good news is the Strip is awesome for that, but with residential neighbors this is a big rule, and applies to all short term rentals (some just don't tell you about it in advance).
4) No Pets (due to many guests with pet allergies we can't allow any pets, we are sorry, we wish we could.)
5) No Smoking! Yes, you can smoke outside only. Weed is legal in Nevada, and you can smoke outside, but remember you're in a neighborhood which may have kids, just be reasonable with how much you smoke as it does travel far, and we don't want neighbor complaints.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room. This villa also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Henderson villa is smoke free.
