Sunset Station was recommended to us by some locals years ago, and it has now become one of our go-to places to stay when we are in the area. The rooms are always nice and clean and staff is fantastic. There are a lot of food options there in the casino, plus an IMAX movie theater and bowling alley. (Unfortunately the buffet is now closed down since the pandemic.) Of course there is all the gambling you could ever want. There is a shopping center with a Walmart and some other small stores across the street in case you forgot anything. 20-30 minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip if that's your thing. Overall a great location with a lot of things to do right there at the property and close by.

The restaurant the Yard was exceptionally best service and taste in food choices and beer, over one hundred on tap. Also the Brass fork 24 hour restaurant has excellent meal choices. Overall a great stop over while traveling.
