Very good value hotel in the centre of Fanabe.

Large room with partial sea view was very comfortable. Overlooking pool where entertainment held. We were very tired and wanted an early night so didn’t really enjoy the booming music below. However, it would have been a different story if we’d been less exhausted and I’m sure we would have enjoyed it! Staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We chose the half board option and it was well worth it, the food choices were plentiful and of good quality.

Lack of empathy and flexibility

Although the workers in the swimming pool, restaurant/bar and cleaners were great, the hotel direction and reception showed were a big let down. One of us had an emergency and had to leave. We said it straight away but there gave us a series of different reasons/excuses to being unable to change the booking for the following days. They asked me to come back to reception just to waste my time. They need to improve customer relationships before I am able to recommend it. Shame

Couple of nights AI before holiday.....

Good hotel a bit far out of town however I did have all inclusive which at £150 per night was a bit pricey especially as the evening entertainment wasn't that good. Would I stay again possibly not.

Great but i booked extra nites with expedia and when we got to hotel they said the price had changescand there was nothing we could do about it so we had to paycextra 40 euro .this was very disappointing and i will not be using expedia again.

Excellent view and dishes for recommandation

The hotel is excellent, the food is top-notch, catering to everyone with its variety of dishes. For breakfast, there are freshly squeezed juices from natural fruits, and everything is cooked on the spot when you want to be served. The terrace is spacious, offering a fantastic view of El Teide.

Evening entertainment provided at the outdoor pool bar. The stage was quite small, temperature quite chilly and most people resorted to wearing coats. On a previous stay entertainment took place in an indoor theatre facility which was far preferable.

Not what i expected. Rooms were very dusty, have to request for shampoo and gels. Breakfast was overcrowded despite going off season. Hotel in need of modernisation and modern decor.

Brilliant Rooftop

The rooftop is only as high as a 5th floor but the views are stunning, of the harbour to the front and mountains to the rear. It was so peaceful up there. Children are not allowed on the rooftop.

Great fun - we had a blast there. I went with my son for 4 nights and the weather was of course fantastic. We pretty much spent all our time in the pool. Food was decent and the staff entertainment guys were great fun. Loved it!

Dont stay here

For almost €200 our one-night room included a cockroach which reception were not at all surprised (or concerned) about, a balcony view of a public car park/abandoned trolleys, no sheets for the sofabed, no drink facilities. Breakfast was stressful as allergy information all wrong and no one available to help (e.g. products labelled vegan but also as containing milk). Room key stopped working part way through our stay. No parking available on-site, contrary to the booking page. We regret staying here.
