This property is very very bad and the service is very bad and they are is very bad. Everything is bad. I’m so sorry. I just checked the pictures and they look very nice in the picture but when when you go there and you get see you see the reality is my goodness is ugly.

We were coming back from Zion National Park and thought we could find a place to stay in Vegas on a Monday night. Well, we were wrong. Lots of conventions in town and LV was totally sold out. We stayed here and were worried about safety, but it was far enough down Fremont to be ok. The room was obviously dated but clean. I believe some rooms may be or may have been one room efficiency apartments with a mini fridge and stove. The bed/pillows were nothing to write home about but they did their job. Also, they put a $80 extra hold on the room that they reimburse after 7AM the next day. It appears they may have new owners trying to make some improvements? They were planting roses in concrete containers. Good luck! The owner, handyman and cleaning woman were all very friendly. I hope this place does well:)
