Workers were amazingly kind, the place is what you would expect for a lower end motel- the AC worked but all the buttons were punched out, a couple of the outlets were ripped out of the wall and didn't work, the toilet had stains on it and there was several cigarette holes in the comforter we had. I absolutely didn't mind these setbacks since I booked last minute during the weekend of a festival, but there was one real issue- i got bit up hella by bed bugs. Had to decontaminate every piece of clothing i brought with me.

The manager was very accommodating. I was staying in a noisy place and hadn't had much sleep lately. He took the extra time to make sure that he put me in a room where he wasn't going to rent any other rooms near me. He also made sure the satellite TV was fixed right away. The only downfall was that the A/C was loud, despite wearing earplugs.

Horrific and terrorizing experience
Management told me I could stay until 12pm , at 11:10 front desk rep knocked at my door demanding I leave room now , yelling at me hysterically , I'm very upset and hurt , I'm a US Navy disabled veteran , and I've never been treated like this ever , you need to remove this hotel from hotels.com

We booked two king bed rooms for 4 people for $135 each. When we arrived a the property, they told us that one of our rooms was canceled by Expedia, and that Expedia tried to call us multiple times that morning, but we didn't answer the phone. So now we needed a room with 2 double beds, and that ONE room costed $250. We did not trust what the person was saying and believe we were scammed.

Absolutely terrible
The first thing i noticed was the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I dont smoke and this was very off putting to me. The front door looked as if there were previous attempts to break in, lots of scratche around the latch, and missing weatherstrip around the latch. I could see daylight through the latch area of the door frame. The AC was turned off when i enterd the room. It was 105 degrees outside that day, and the room was extremely hot. The AC unit when turned on was super loud. It made a high pitch noise that gave me a head ache. The bathroom was very poorly lit, basically had to take a shower in the dark. The beds were rock hard and the bed frames would creak with every movement. There is no carpet in the rooms. There is little to no sound dampenig from the rooms above. It was very easy to tell when someone was moving around the room above me. I feel the price i paid at $280 for 1 night was robbery. I did not feel safe in the room, and between that and all the noise coming from other areas in the building, i did not sleep at all. If I could give zero stars i would. Do not stay here!
