Our intention was to rent a vacation property for our extended family with small children. The listing implies that this is a suites building with a check-in process, the confirmation from Expedia does not indicate otherwise. This is, in fact, a guy with a rental apartment in the building, who had to be phoned from the lobby (in desperation) and then appeared to let us into the apartment. It felt very sketch. The unit was reasonably clean but not in good repair (screws falling out of furniture, broken blinds lying around in closets). The listing says up to 12 guests, but there were only 6 towels, 2 glasses, and no more than 6 of any cutlery or mugs. We ended up buying our own kitchen dishcloths as they were not provided either. There is no playground, as listed, on the property. There are no "spa services", unless you count the massage parlour next door, unless by that they meant the hot tub. In April the pool is too cold to swim in; it is not heated. It would help if Expedia listed it by its proper name: "Country Club Towers: Luxury Rentals" as that gives a more accurate impression than "Suites", which sounds like a hotel-type arrangement. Photo #213 of a pool and a hot tub is not of this property. We looked for it - it isn't there.
