The staff was so sweet and personable. Everyone was very accommodating! The room was amazing, very comfortable, clean, safe, it had a mini kitchen, bath tub, fridge, microwave, and a nice tv! It was super easy to get in and out. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again. Thank you so much again!!

The staff is very cheerful and responsive which makes the stay very wonderful. The shuttle schedule details could be better explained. We and other guests on the property got dropped off by the shuttle at the last stop which was not part of the property.

Bad service from the get go…
Not good hospitality at registration desk. They could not tell us when the rooms would be ready, even though we had planned for a 4pm availability and had plans set for that timeframe. We got to the property early and asked if they could by any chance get our 3 rooms for a 3pm arrival, and they said they could not, that was ok, as we understood 4 pm was the ‘negotiated’ or contracted time. The issue was that they told us that they needed at least until 4:30pm and maybe even after to get us rooms. After I got upset and told them it was unacceptable… they were able to get us rooms at 3:15pm… Not the best reception, definitely not friendly or customer centered service. The location and rooms were nice. It just sucks to get bad service from the get go…

The facility had what they promised, and the value for this property was good. However, we ordered a two room suite and instead they broke us up into two single units in different buildings. The walls are paper, thin and all noise in adjacent rooms go right through the walls. The TVs are mounted on the walls so it reverberates right into the adjacent room. I had to call the front desk to ask the neighbors to turn off their TV that was blairing From 8 PM till 2 AM . The staff came and had them turn it down. In the layout of the property, it just seemed like we were a rat and a maze.

We stayed in a studio. It wasn’t bad at all the area looks a little sketchy, but nothing bad happened. Very clean room and comfortable bed. One thing I forgot about when I got there was the room deposit for incidentals, which I got back, of course, and the resort fees. Over all would stay there again. I think it used to be an apartment complex or possibly is still one.

The room and grounds were great. The bed wasn't quite comfortable. The front desk attendant was not very helpful. Shortened version: She told me I had been moved to another property. She did not have a map to the other property and told me twice it was "just around the corner." I had to explain that that could mean many things, so specific directions, an address, something so I could find where I was going would be helpful. She also told me that someone would text when my room was available and no one ever sent a text. When I went to the other property no one was there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was tired but clean. The bathroom was in need of a complete renovation. Tub was old and showing its age. Had a room that was adjoined to the next. Could hear our neighbours very clearly.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants. They have a shuttle that runs to a couple of hotels on the strip for dropoffs.

A family stay for a week
We choose this Hotel because of its facilities which included a kitchen, washing machine and dryer , coffee maker a big fridge and other kitchen utensils. We had a one bedroom with a fold out lounge great space, had a great pool area and recreational space. They also had a shuttle service to the strip running on the hour would recommend we really enjoyed our stay...

Peaceful spot but hot tub not working
I liked everything about the place, the ambiance, professional kind service, but the bed was so noisy! You can tell the mattress is wrapped in plastic (bed bugs?) So every move is so freaking noisy. Went to relax in the hot tub and was cold, dirty and in-operable. But the quiet neighborhood was a nice getaway from the Vegas hustle and bustle.
