Two of the three elevators were not working, the one that was working smelled awful. Room was nice, although adjacent rooms could be heard as the walls are very thin. Nice place, nice view, way overpriced though.

Hotel is located in the best part of the city. However, the building is outdated and could be remodeled a bit differently. The rooms are not cheap . They are charging a lot of money for the old property. The restaurant is great , food was amazing.

No customer service like previous stay.breakfast in room always setup on balcony ,tableclothes fresh flowers food placed on table ,also newspaper brought to room.now handed a tray of food, here you go sign for me .also both elevator broke down on our building all week. Use to turn down beds not anymore, we got use to this .now its gone? Come on step it back up.its the little things. we pay a good price for .complimentary drink tickets were given previously asked at desk she said no not unless you book direct .but never have and always got them times before we have stayed 12 yrs in a row until covid 2019 hit. we just found a good price and came

Lovely location

Generally a Lovely stay at Ocean Key. Room spacious and well presented. Only downside was two days of drilling from the floor below us which we were not told about beforehand. Apparently (according to the bellman) the front desk is being relocated and some interior walls were being knocked down. Would have gone on longer but we have left .

Room was very nice, but for the price it should of been. The best part of the property was the location to Mallory Square and downtown area. The property needs to be more well marked and change the numeral address because zero did not register on Map Quest and we spent an hour trying to find the place.

Ocean Key was very nice. I feel that some amenities should have been included for the premium cost that was paid. Bottle of water in the room, $8. Leave your car in their lot, $50/day. Mini bar, forget about it. With that being said, I would STILL probably stay here again! Super convenient location and amazing restaurants!
