Good location and 2 mile bike friendly via paved sidewalks to downtown Key West. Only complete is loud air conditioning units.

The pool was nice but the rooms were very small. Also was able to hear the people next door easily The bathroom was tiny. Our deadbolt would only work if the door wasn’t closed all the way so we couldn’t ever close our door. Breakfast was convenient but it was the same thing every day

This place was quite a surprise. We were in the back building by the water, and it was very quiet. Unlike many of the other places which were on the other side of the four-lane highway, this place was removed far enough that you did not hear any traffic. The breakfast was quite good and many options to choose from. The grounds are meticulous. Some of the reviews mentioned, loud air conditioners, and we did not find that to be the case at all. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Room is very small. Doors open outward and have a deadbolt that's designed as a lavatory courtesy lock meaning that anyone with the "key" can open it. No phone so can't call desk, which was a problem because we were missing some towels and the promised replacements did not come. No local TV stations so couldn't watch NFL playoffs. Low water pressure and fluctuating temperature. Bed frame is larger than mattress almost guaranteeing striking it with knee or shin in the dark. On the plus side, room was clean and everything worked. Price was on the low side for Key West. The place is rather cute. The free downtown shuttle is a nice feature.

The room was incredibly small, but I don't mind that, since it makes it easier for the ac to cool the room. I would appreciate a check-in more ar 2pm or even 3pm than 4pm and the breakfast started at 6am instead of 8am.

Take the bad with the good.

The bay was gorgeous and the grounds (sand and plants) were exquisitely kept. Hammocks, chairs, and loungers were well maintained. The pool was nice and the kids really enjoyed the animals. The room wasn't the cleanest (weird substances on the walls, windows, furniture...) and we weren't given enough soap, tp, towels etc for 4 people for 3 nights. It had the hardest beds ever and they had hair on them. The AC was incredibly loud and ran inconsistently. There was a gap in the door. The outdoor lighting shone through the curtains so the room shone blue all night. The toilets did not flush well.
