Room was ok, not what I booked but ok average, they block parking spots with a bus, car, golf cart so you end up parking in the rear of the hotel. One of the lamps in the room was connected with an orange extension cord, no microwave, the TV had a bluish tent, the toilet handle stayed down and had to be flipped back up manually. Just underwhelming. Positive note the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Good hotel for a decent price
Liked that it was 21+. The bartender that was working the cigar lounge was great! The front check in girls were very knowledgeable. The only downside was the pool was not heated as advertised. Paying a resort fee I feel that should have been working.

Absolute Gem!
Second stay, we come to Key West 1-2 times per year and this is a favorite place for us. We usually get a lanai room right next to the pool… very convenient! Great pool, fun vibe, wonderful staff. I try to recommend it as much as I can. Our other favorite place is The Perry which we just found out is the same owners. Can’t go wrong in either place.

It was a very unique setting with the Cuban theme as it's core. It was clean & quiet, the staff was very friendly & the outdoor settings beautifully done. The onsite food truck served delicious meals & i LOVED the adults only part!

Amazing stay! The entire property and rooms are all kept at all times. Every area smells so good too. I can not say enough about the staff; each was was attentive and took pride in their duties to the patrons. Bartenders were next level good! We loved the hen and her baby chicks and the Iguanas that came out to play. We are already planning to go back next year, and this IS where we will be staying. We came for the boat races, next year maybe we'll go earlier so we can enjoy some of the hotel events, as there were none while we were there.
