Quiet Location, Great Parking, But...
We enjoyed the home and location so much that we booked it for next year. The home was VERY clean upon check-in. But it's been neglected and desperately needs to fix some major issues PROS: Double driveway for our van and golf cart/scooter rental, downstairs bedroom and full bath + 2 upstairs bedrooms with full baths, the small dip pool was perfect, the street is quiet and the location is great if you have a golf cart / car / scooter... it's very easy to get around as you are 2 blocks off White Street and 2 blocks from Higgs Beach, the neighbors are nice, and Vacasa sent people quickly when we had issues. CONS: the house desperately needs an update and some attention to a handful of major issues. The upstairs Air Conditioning unit leaked for several days and we had an HVAC tech there 3 days in a row. The unit needs to be replaced as the coil is completely rusted. The upstairs hallway lightswitch leaked water in the rain! Which tells me there's a roof leak and an electrical hazard. The drywall was soft/wet! The tech turned the breaker off so we didn't have a hallway light upstairs all month. The deck boards out back are popping up with rusty nails coming out. There's only 1 TV in the house (living room)- none in the bedrooms. There's very little silver wear. The property feels very neglected and not worthy of the almost 2 million dollar zestimate. ALL THAT BEING SAID... we loved the location and the home met our needs so we'll be back and hope that the issues are fixed!

Nice for key west
I’m appreciating Vrbo more and more. The house was rented through them but locally through a company called Vacasa. The experience was great. Pool and foliage was maintained each week. There was plenty of space for us. The third bedroom was smaller than the others, but it made a great play room for my 2year old. Neighbors were friendly. Neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our stay here.
