Belen and Israel made my stay amazing!!! Always happy to help and very fluent in English they helped me find a cable to charge my camera that I couldn’t believe they had on site! the TRS Yucatan hotel is 5/5 staff is great rooms are modern and clean, the pictures that are shown don’t do this place justice it’s a breath taking resort I will be making a more in depth video on how amazing this resort was one my quest to find the best resorts around the world!

Excelente staff y muy friendly, el lugar es perfecto y todo nos encantó, mi esposo y yo celebramos nuestro aniversario y cada noche durante nuestra estancia había un bello detalle en nuestra habitación, nuestros butlers súper serviciales y muy atentos en todas nuestras peticiones, nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa lejos de casa!!! This was our first time staying at the TRS Hotel and it was amazing. From the moment we checked in until we checked out we had nothing but great service. Juan Pablo in the lobby was extremely helpful telling us about the resort and different services offered. He made us feel welcomed every time we walked to the lobby. Both of our mayordomos Cristian and Antonio were great throughout our entire stay. Everything in our room was excellent and we were so impressed with the cute details left by room service. Me and was wife would walk in to roses on the bed and fruit or chocolate covered strawberries after dinner. I also wanted to thank Fernanda from check in for setting up a beautiful table for me and my wife for when we watched the CHIC show. My wife loved it! We will definitely be back to TRS Yucatan! It was one of the best experiences we had on vacation! This is the best hotel for an adult getaway and will definitely recommend to all of our friends!

I liked that even though the property was big there was always shuttles to take you around the resort. We were treated very well at the TRS. Especially by our butlers Veronica and Eric. And our Expedia rep Fernanda. These 3 elevated our trip experience and really made it a memorable time for me and my group. TRS and their staff did an outstanding job.

Everything is super clean, really green and the staff is nice and helpful with everything/anything you need assistance with. The butlers always make great recommendations and the food and drinks in all the places we ate was outstanding. Will highly recommend to anyone, who wants to stay at a luxury all inclusive.

The pools were nice. Restaurants were good just not as much fruits and sometimes the dishes were not as expected but overall it was a great time. Spa was a good deal and very relaxing day

The overall property is beautiful and gigantic! I instantly was able to relax and felt care free. Majority of the staff were pleasant and had exceptional customer service. I typically don’t visit the same place more than once but for the TRS Yucatan I’d make an exception. I would love to come back. The food was phenomenal and there were so many options to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay and wished I would have stayed longer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Chic cabaret and Bravo were amazing. I enjoyed the seafood from this hotel a lot. My last night there was scary. There was an animal in my room making noise at night. The animal got in there from the ceiling. The room service food was not great. Stick to the turnovers. Also drinks were not that strong so buying a bottle is recommended.

I loved my butler Diego and the service I received throughout the entire stay. I did get food poisoning on the night of my birthday and it completely ruined the remainder of my trip.
