A pleasure

The General Manager Mr Torres was very hospitable and dis his beat to accomodate me and while waiting to check in tHe AGM MRS JOY finished checking me in and was so nice as usual and always a pleasure to see. The room was quiet and clean and and the housekeeping staff as always gabe me a smile as i came and left which isnalways nice to see. Thank you foe your hospitality and smiles!!

I did not like the unprofessionalism of the front desk clerk asking questions regarding my boyfriend who serves our country personal health information regarding his service animal. NEVER AGAIN!

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, spacious, lots of storage. Good location. Good rates. Gap at bottom of door means noisy hallways!

We chose the hotel each time we come to Jacksonville FL from Naples FL for it cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was nice and tidy. The price is competitive!

Nice safe area, convenient access, fairly priced rooms - until they add the surprise non-refundable pet fee of $50, in our case for a well behaved 9 lb dog, when the rooms have no carpet (and filthy floors) POSITIVE(S): Hot shower with good pressure NEGATIVES: Waited a good 5 minutes for the front desk clerk to appear at check in, no explanation, no "Be right back" sign. Walls are paper thin, heard our neighbor's tv late at night. No ice machine on site or ice maker in the full size fridge. Room faced a well-lit parking lot but had no blackout curtains, only blinds that let in too much light. Very limited toiletries and no hair dryer. No nightstand on one side of the queen bed.
