The kitchen has all new appliances and amenities to prepare a light snack or a large family meal, separate dining room, in-unit laundry and garage parking with two (2) assigned spaces.

Immerse yourself in the salt life in Ponte Vedra with direct beach access - enjoy daily walks on the beach hunting for shells, starfish and sharks teeth.
