Staff was friendly, room was very clean. The drinks at the lounge were really expensive so i dont recommend drinking there. I loved the plants and the vibes in the lobby area. Entire hotel and elevator had a nice aroma. Easily accessible to other restaurants and bars. Parking was a bit confusing. Overall i would definitely stay there again.

Even though I had paid for the room with Expedia, the receptionist did not give me the room because he requested that an additional 100 USD be blocked on my credit card for any damage I might have done to the room......?? ???? After several attempts to block these 100 USD, the room assignment was definitively refused. Reason: their POS could not read my card because it was obsolete and of an old generation. I proved that my card worked without any problem by withdrawing 100 USD from the ATM 10 meters from the reception of the same hotel. They didn't want to listen to reason. They invited me to go to a mall 30 minutes from their hotel to get a debit card. A Marriot hotel chain that causes these problems and does not give rooms to customers even though they have already paid for them is unacceptable.
