Our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We had 5 guests in our room and frequently called down for toilet paper and wash cloths. Many times staff forgot.

Very clean hotel close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Stay here often for work travel. Check in/out is usually a slow process but the hotel itself is a good location so it’s worth it.

Very disappointed. I have make a reservation and paid in full for a room with two beds. When we arrive the room it's not available. They give me a room with 1 bed and the views are the HAVC units.
