The hotel is nice. The staff seemed over worked. 2nd night, the bar closed early due to staff shortage. Called 2x for a shuttle, the first night, to pick us up from a restaurant. Never showed. Had to call an uber. Room was clean. The staff was friendly.

Needs some updating and since it is a pet friendly hotel be prepared for your room to smell like wet dog. And the beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff is amazing!

One of the two elevators was broken. The air conditioning only works if you have it set to "auto," meaning you can't have the fan running all the time. The room and hallways were hot and stuffy. The staff at the front desk didn't know that the A/C must be set to "auto," so we had a miserably hot night.
