We were placed in a room over the smoking area outside. Someone was smoking marijuana and we could smell it in our room. We were able to move to a different room however, the person at the front desk did nothing to accommodate us for the inconvenience.

Comfortable stay

Hotel lobby and dining area were aesthetically impressive and comfortable. Room was very clean, only thing lacking is a brighter light in the bathroom for makeup application!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed. Charito (dining area) was pleasant and she kept her area very clean and tidy. Excellent job, Charito!

Great place.

Free cookies at the desk. Great room. Spacious. Comfortable king bed. Large bathroom. Slept through breakfast but looked at the area when I was checking out. Although it was closed and all cleaned up, staff still offered me an apple. Safe area.

Hotel was so nice but I have a service dog and the lead front desk women kept saying, we have a no pet policy and if we think your service dog is a pet we will charge you $250.” I kept telling her he is trained and certified service dog. We had to leave, not because we were asked to, but because we felt we were being bullied and discriminated against. Just for information, not all service dogs are labs or German shepherds. They don’t all need to be seeing eye dogs. There’s other service dogs that do a service that has nothing to do with eyes or site. We will never ever stay at choice hotels ever again, we always stay at Hilton or Marriott. I’ve never had trouble with my service dog in the last 10 years until this person.. Then I asked for the managers name and she said I already spoke to the manager, which made us feel like we had no choice, but to leave, we don’t know what she said to the manager I mean, they can watch the videos the recordings. I just hope we can get our money back for that night because we felt like we had to leave, and you can’t just decide you want say somebody’s service dog is a pet and not a service dog when it is certified and has been trained and is a certified Service dog

I didn’t like been nickel and dimed,early check-in extra , late checkout extra. Little thing like complementary early check in or out leaves a good image. It shows the hotel cares about the customer. Not just their money, I needed water to make the complementary coffee they provide in the rooms had to buy the waters, I asked if there was water provided for the room coffee and the gray hair gentleman say , no we provided tap water. I looked him strange and said I don’t know if you drink tap water but I don’t, you never know the quality of the tap water. Same gentleman when I went to get the water had me stand and wait for him a few minutes without acknowledging I was standing in front of him. Easily he could have picked up his head for 1 second greeted me and tell me he was busy that he would be with me in a few seconds or minutes.
