Breakfast buffet items ran out fast and took too long to replenish items. Waited 20mins for fried eggs and beans, by the time all items was replenished the other items was cold. No coffee machine just flasks of coffee and hot water. Not what you would expect from a Raddison

Great place to stay

The staff at this Radisson was particularly impressive. The dinners were amazing, the housekeeepers were efficient and the front end staff is the best I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Lovely hotel to stay in and I would definitely come here again! Very central and only 5 min walk from train station. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming and efficient.

River Ness provided for all our needs during the two nights we stayed in December. The Staff were helpful and polite and the Room was extremely clean and comfortable and further benefited from having hair dryer, iron, ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities. Its closeness to Inverness Railway Station and plenty of Restaurants is also a major benefit.

River Ness Hotel

Beautiful, lovely clean newish hotel in centre of Inverness. Breakfast was served in small bar area so had to give a time to be down and food was served look warm. Slow to clear table.
