Everything was great . Breakfast was good. But the food and service at the dinner restaurant was terrible. Pizza was terrible and service poor. Also front desk was not manned so we had to search for someone to check us in

Nice and Convenient Hotel in Inverness

Convenient hotel, just a short walk from the train station. Next to the river. Our room actually had a nice view of the river. Breakfast was good!

The rooms are very dated so only had one double socket for all phones, kettle, hairdryer and watch charger. Also the hot water was scolding hot and the shower so old the temperature couldn’t be adjusted so was impossible to shower and wash hair. There was a sticker on the shower saying very hot water so they obviously already knew and had done nothing about it.

Loved the woman at the front desk when we arrived she was helpful and cheerful. The location is ideal for transportation, pubs, restaurants and walking there city.

Overall a good option. Comfortable, clean room with updated bathroom facilities. Convenient and walkable to restaurants and shops. Parking on site is shared by general public who are able to pay to park. Initially found it difficult to find a spot within the lot but had no problem once a spot was available.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. But what good is this if you can't get a good night's sleep! During our first night the bar across the street was playing loud music. I called the front desk and the receptioned told me the music will end at 3:00. He suggested we use ear plugs which he would promptly deliver to our room. He never did. We fell asleep so late that we over slept and missed the breakfast we had purchased. When I complained, of course they said there was nothing they could do about it and informed me the music would not be playing the next night. True, the music was not playing but there were loud rowdy people in the street. Again we did not have a good night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location and staff

Great location, close to everything. Excellent room, huge bed and huge space, everything spotless. Had a drink in the bar and also dinner, Lauren was fabulous.

Very much over-priced and poor in most aspects compared to other hotel chains. The building was in need of a major upgrade- it looks quite dilapidated from the outside. In both our room and the restaurant the windows were covered in bird muck. I appreciate this happens but it looked as if the windows had not been cleaned for moths. Service at reception and restaurant was usually very slow and lacking a warm welcome. A couple of the staff were brighter and good at their job, but they were in the minority. The room was basic, despite the premium cost, with no toiletries, iron, safe or air conditioning. Would not recommend at all.

Time in Inverness

The rooms have been nicely updated and are very clean. The staff are attentive to the clients needs and provide great information. The food service is very nice and the restaurant/bar staff are very present with their service, food, and drinks. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but everything is really an easy walk.
