The rooms are more like suites. Lovely reading book in our room along with a beautifully spacious bathroom.

We had a lovely stay in an executive room, which was not part of the actual castle itself, but just down some steps outside. Check-in was easy, communication was great. We opted not to eat there, but all meals could be had on site, along with a bar and sitting area. The space was large and beautiful, as was our room. TV connection was absolutely terrible, but not a deal breaker. Parking was tight, but also manageable. Out back behind the building was a little dirty and smelly, but to be expected by any business. Overall amazing stay, and would stay again in the future.

Great location

This was an interesting accommodation located in a really nice neighborhood in Glasgow. The room was comfortable and clean, but the furniture was extremely dated and worn for a hotel in this price range. They need to replace the night stands an include charging ports on or near them. Also, there's no elevator. In fairness the staff member did offer to help carry a bag or two up the stairs. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Quiet. Somethings need upkeep and attention to, such as window locks and carpet in the room is looking dated etc., but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel & staff.

Did a 1 night stay here for work purposes staying in a junior suite, from arrival to departure everything was brilliant. Staff on check in, bar staff & staff on check out all nice, polite & helpful. Room was really spacious & most of all comfortable. Would have absolutely no problems staying here again.

It was really good, clean, great service, the food is not on the small size and worth the money 👍 Our room was really nice, big, clean and the bed was comfortable too 👍 Breakfast was yet again a good big portion, definitely worth it..

This is a wonderful place to stay in Glasgow! Courteous staff and delicious food in the dining room. So clean and quiet. Free parking on site. Close to parks and restaurants. Easy access to the motorway. Highly recommend!

Middle of the road

Average at best, the king sized room we stayed in was not 4-star quality by any means. Uncomfortable bed, outdated room, and weird random iron burn on the carpet that hadn’t been fixed. The proximity to the airport and the waitstaff at breakfast were very nice, but I wouldn’t stay again.
