Staff at the hotel were exceptional - really professional and keen to make our stay the best it possibly could be. My dietary needs were fully met and the waitress in the restaurant really was kind and attentive at breakfast. when we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room as we were attending a wedding and had lots of clothes etc. wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, good location, breakfast options are not acceptable, if a hotel advertises as catering for allergies then i dont think it is too much to expect the hotel to know what a food allergy is, the head of catering didnt know what gluten was, she went and asked the chef and came back and said the chef didnt know what gluten was either and they had to phone another chef to find out what it was and then had to send someone to the shop to get gluten free bread and still managed to bring me out unsuitable food , twice. I was not impressed

Pretty decently placed, the parking is good and close and while it is first come ,first served there were always at least a couple free and quite often half the lot empty

Mecure..great location

There were notices warning of the water bring very hot. The bathtub taps were hard to manage and at times the water was almost unbearably hot. Perhaps some notification showing hit & cold direction and on taps might help. We did love our stay...very convenient & everyone was very friendly & helpful
