Location was great. Room was a bit small for a family of four and could have been cleaned a little better (a few stains on couch and unknown substance splattered on the wall). Staff was outstanding and probably the best part of the entire hotel. They were knowledgeable and so kind. Overall a decent stay.

Good location

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our last night there, the fire alarm went off in the early hours, probably because someone was smoking in their room. Other than that, we had a great time.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and didn’t realize that previous guests had left the window open so it was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep until we discovered the window issue. Even after we closed the window we couldn’t get any air for the rest of r stay

This was the best place we stayed on a 2-week trip that had us moving around Scotland and Ireland--truly fantastic, especially for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were roomier than most, there was filtered water available and there were washcloths! Also, the location was perfect for restaurants, walking to anything city center, and getting to public transit.

Very nice hotel in Glasgow - close to lovely dining options and only 20 minutes from the airport. We were there only one night, but the hotel was comfortable, safe, and met our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great property, really well situated in the city. The staff were incredible, couldn't do enough to help. I have stayed in so many hotels in Glasgow as I travel often and this is my favourite!
