Small break to see family.

Hotel was okay. In need of fefurbishment but was clean and had everything we required. Food in the Bistro was very nice, service was okay but slow migth have been due to wedding on in hotel. Room was okay again getting a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy with everything needed. One main complaint was a lot of mould on bathroom ceiling, due to inactive fan. Breakfast each morning was good and pleantyful with attentive service.

Wonderful location and cute hotel!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip to the Jacobite train and was conveniently located near various shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and greatly enjoyed our trip!

This is a local hotel to the train station, the food is good and the drinks are good, the room was warm and welcoming it looks as though the room has had a refresh.

Enjoyable trip, very good price, The room was slightly tired but for the price was really good although if staying for a holiday longer period would upgrade my room. A clean and nice hotel and would definitely recommend. Furthermore in a great location in Fort William with parking and easily accessible.

The hotel caters exclusively to bus loads of elderly tourists. If you aren't on one of those tours, you're an afterthought. Not recommended for those young enough to still touch their toes or walk unassisted.

They placed me in a room directly over the bar where a live band was playing and I could hear actual conversations as well as the loud booming music. The walls are so thin. The bed was nice, staff were friendly.

Room was quite tight for the 3 of us. Double bed instead of king and we have a toddler who sleeps with us. But, the restaurant was excellent, like surprisingly excellent. Very convenient to local shopping strip with Tesco and variety of shops
