Great sized rooms with water front area

Arrived a little early and allow to check in. They sent us a message giving us check in instructions. Room was a really good size with everything we needed with a nice comfortable bed. Nice seating area on the front over looking the water which was lovely and nice seating area around the side of the property. You needed a car to get to most restaurants. The pool area was good and the pool was a nice temperature to swim in. Breakfast was good but on 2 of the mornings we were there having breakfast I went up to get a cup of tea and was told no although it was only 0930 and breakfast was advertised until 10 which we pointed out so we did get our tea, and on another morning we were sat and were told they were packing up breakfast again at 0930. So they need to make it clear what time breakfast actually finishes. however apart from that little annoyance we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We wanted a weekend away near the beach . This simple fun spot was ideal. Great location, comfy bed. No complaints

Not the Getaway we imagined

The hotel was dated, but seemed clean enough. Our room didn't have a true window, which we didn't like. Room definitely was not like the pictures. To top it off, my wife was bitten by dozens of little bugs - to the point that we tried to leave a day early... Neither the hotel or hotels.com would allow without penalty. Will likely not be using hotels.com anymore. On the flip side, the front desk and housekeeping folks were really nice.

The front desk girl was not friendly at all. The room is pretty clean . Beds are not very comfortable. We got up at 6 AM to take a shower to catch the ferry, but there was absolutely no water in the shower did not work at all. There was nobody in the office to help. We had to catch the ferry without taking a shower.. the location was really the only good thing about this hotel

My 2nd stay in a month

My 2nd stay here in a month. It's clean, the bed was very comfortable, & the staff is really welcoming & nice. The patio & pool areas are a well kept, an artsy & boutique vibe, as referred to in their name. I enjoyed my stay & will certainly return!

As a last moment decision to visit Sanabel Island, this mini resort was a great choice! Loved the place, very friendly, clean, with a nice pool & amenities.
