They state restaurant and bar with room service. There is not a bar. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. There is not room service.

I originally booked a two night pet friendly, because their website says they offer free breakfast and room service (they didn’t have breakfast and the restaurant did not deliver). So I ordered something from Grubhub. On the upside, the room was clean asv was the rest of the property. Also, the staff was very accommodating.

I never used the reservations, and would like a refund, the hotel said that you guys have the funds they don't, but you guys are saying you need to call the hotel to get it approved. So would like to know what's really going on.
