The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room, however, was stuffy and muggy. They had a dehumidifier in it but did not help at all. Also, the check in process was terrible. There was a front desk worker who was perfectly capable of checking us in, but instead, we had to check in at a kiosk with someone on the screen. It was the dumbest set up I've ever seen.

We arrived, after already paying up front through our online reservation. You have to check in through a video kiosk. No one there at the front desk and the person in the video was clueless what was going on. My card was charged for all three rooms a second time plus a 100 deposit per room. The hotel is going through renovations so parts of it are a mess. The room itself was good. The check in process is a complete nightmare and I feel they should let you know when booking that there is construction going on at the hotel.
