The staff was rude. They had me check in through a kiosk without a desk clerk. The only staff we saw were the maids and the one woman in the kitchen area for breakfast, she was also the only nice woman.

Our stay was fine. We were in room 112 right across from the laundry and maid service. It did get a little loud in the early mornings when they started. Also, breakfast was good and your breakfast lady is amazing! It would be great if breakfast could go later than 9 am.

A first for me: checking in via a live video stream but no issues at all. Breakfast usual quick ones; waffle maker, toast, cereal etc and ok coffee. Room clean and A/C worked well 👍. Great for what we needed it for: 1 night
