EBT is a 1 bedroom (divided by curtain), 1 bathroom beachfront condo on the Gulf of Mexico with unobstructed views of the water from every window. It is a small condo, and can accommodate 4, sleeps 2 most comfortably. Fall asleep beneath luxurious linens and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day on Ft Myers Beach.
Master bedroom has a king-sized bed. You will find a pack-n-play for littles in the closet. As well as ironing board & Iron.
Just like the bedroom, the bathroom is made for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The main ensuite full bathroom has a walk in shower. It is stocked with plush towels for your convenience and comfort.
☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The open-concept of the home boasts with floor to ceiling windows to watch the waves & see the dolphins swim past. The state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher detergent, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The countertop island can seat up to 4. If you would rather enjoy your meal al fresco, there is outdoor bar top on the lanai.

The condo boasts, long & wide windows, which allow you to take in the incredible water views from the comfort of the sofa or the plush chairs. There’s also a large flat-screen TV, board games and books if a rainy day happens.
We invite you to relax on the lanai, where you can watch sunrise or sunset. In the cooler months, enjoy the breeze coming off from the Gulf of Mexico. There are plenty of seats for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down.
Don't forget to keep your eyes out for the all friendly animals that call Fort Myers Beach home. Dolphins, manatees, and sea turtles can all be found nearby. During season, the baby sea turtles are busy hatching from their nests just steps from the condo. We also have shelling tools to make find prized treasures!
☆☆ OUTSIDE COMMUNITY SPACE ☆☆
While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the community also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. We invite you to relax on the chaise lounges, while enjoying the water views, or settle in for a quiet evening on the chairs in the courtyard. There are plenty of seating areas for guests to sip morning coffee or enjoy a happy hour drink as the sun goes down. Also, there are lights to provide ambient lighting, and numerous large outdoor dining tables for al fresco meals. Grills are conveniently located around the complex, enjoy grilling your fresh catch!
Additionally, enjoy a tennis match or some pickleball in our new state of the art soft courts. Racquets and paddles are available for your use in the management office.
The oversized pool is heated in the winter months and cooled in the summer months. Enjoy chaise lounges and relax under the sun.
Explore the island by foot or bike, take in the walking trails, you might even see an alligator or 2!
On the main level you will find community laundry facilities, we provide detergent and dryers sheets in the condo for your use.
If you are looking to grab a bite to eat, enjoy a beverage, just do a little shopping - Santini Marina Plaza offers a little bit everything. Located just across the street, a few or favorite spots are Truly Scrumptious for breakfast and Sandbar for a drink and bite to eat for lunch or dinner. If you are traveling with children, kids eat for free at Pinchers just a short walk down the road. Or take the trolley up and down Fort Myers Beach. No need to drive once you have arrived!
To enhance your protection, there is management & security on staff at all times. Please be sure to use the parking permit provided on your car dashboard.
Looking to take a break from beach? Head over to Lovers Key State Park and spend the day riding bikes, hiking, kayaking, canoeing or picnicking as you explore one of many secluded caves along the shore. The animal life is incredible and its a great place to take the family.
