160 Gulf Island - Cottage Style Pool home with Screened-in Porch Near Beach

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom island cottage is perfectly located between the beach and bay, just up the street from the island grocery store (Publix)! With the beach, bay, and your very own private pool, what more could you ask for?

The master bedroom features a queen bed with a walk-in shower in the bathroom. In the second bedroom is a full bed, along with two twins in the third bedroom and a twin trundle bed in the sunroom for a maximum occupancy of 7 guests. The guest bathroom has another walk in shower.

The home has a large driveway with plenty of parking space, a fenced-in backyard, and an enclosed swimming pool. There is also a large screened-in porch wrapping around two sides of the home perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a family dinner at sunset. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Property is located in a quiet zone neighborhood, just steps to a neighborhood beach access point with a gazebo as well as a private fishing pier on the back bay that offers a large tiki so you can relax in the shade.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Excellent cottage in a quiet neighborhood
We are a family of seven - five kids ranging in ages from seven to sixteen years. Absolutely loved the lanai and pool (childproofed by a handle at adult height - wonderful insight)! The screened-in porch was a nice addition for outdoor space. Easy access to the beach; loved the sand toys, beach wagon and umbrella! Very close to Publix; however you will have to drive, bike or rely on the Trollee/Uber to and from most places (no bars/restaurants w/n half a mile). Things to note: older kitchen appliances (no ice maker on fridge; coffee pot which requires you to buy grounds, ect); bring your own laundry detergent/dryer sheets and dishwasher pods (awesome large capacity washer and dryer). Overall, an excellent home and I would recommend it to anyone else.
