Everything was good and very clean Only one thing I can’t do the laundry at the hotel that was very inconvenient because we have to drive with dirty clothes and wet about 20 minutes to find a laundromat Every hotel that I stay before they have Landry on site but this hotel they don’t have or they don’t allow people to do laundry Every day we use the pool or the beach and we have a lot of wet clothes and was very annoying no to be able to do laundry For the price that they ask for the room and for the other fees they should provide the basics like laundry I don’t think we will go to that hotel anymore Next time we will do our research before we book a hotel this kind Thanks

Very much enjoyed the property. The rooms are big. The bathrooms are big air-conditioning works great nice check in people. Lots of great restaurants around …the area around the pool could use improvement if that was the only thing.

Everything was over price, Nothing is included, Spa visit 50$ extra, Out in the beach 35$ Umbrella, Resort charcges Extra 55$ every day, parking hotel.com says 45 and they charge 55$ and taxes extra ofcourse. Overall its not worth the money I spend, I even check out day early. They didnt refund anything,

Our hurricane escape
We escaped Hurricane Milton at the Atlantic for 3 nights. The suite was spacey and fully equipt and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We'd come again. Across from the beach.

We have been coming to this hotel for many years. It remains convenient, clean, quiet and price is competitive for the area. Some staffing issues noted after covid persist such as room cleaning (which on one occasion did not happen until 5pm) and the beach (staff who disappears for hours sometimes, or does not show up at all if weather does not seem good enough). Staff at the reception desk can also be more polite.

The lobby was fine. The rooms were so so some rooms didn’t have no phone service. The fire alarms were covered with towels. The staff didn’t clean the room. They just came in straighten the beds out didn’t wipe nothing down. Could not give us any answers where we wanted to go for dinner they didn’t know anything around the hotel. We had to find everything out for our own no TV service in the room for four days. Thank you.
