My go to places are Sonder property’s , but on this stay my overall rating would be 4 stars not 5 . The suite is beautiful but has no television in the living area there’s one tv in the bedroom which I had to share . The kitchen has no stove , and house keeping could have double check there cleaning in the suite

Area was ghetto , we can hear people honk outside the balcony almost 24/7 . Facility itself was decent but entering the codes instead of having a key card was such a pain

As Nice As The Hotel Was The Service Was HORRIBLE. Arrived At Our Room And It Was Only 1 Set Of Rags/Towels. My Guest And I Went Downstairs To Ask For More And Was Told THEY HAD NO RAGS OR TOWELS FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL. So we had no rags or towels for our first night. Next morning o went downstairs and was told the same thing. We did not get another set of rags and towels until almost 6pm. For the price I spent on this hotel and it’s rating I should not have to wait 1 days for those items I was not accommodated in no way and do not plan on EVER staying at any Sonder hotel
