Beautiful Hotel

The hotel was very nice. The room was a good size and included a small kitchen that had dishes we could use. Also had a dining room table and chairs for us to have breakfast at. Very up to date and the staff was super friendly. Only a block to walk to the beach. Very clean and close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rolo has recently totally renovated rooms around the pool in the Lauderdale Beach area of Fort Lauderdale, between the Intracoastal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Beautifully simple & functional, with fabulous Raindrop Showerhead plus handheld showerhead with easy access to switch controls. Best shower and closet with safe, in this price range, best anywhere along the Beach. Large TV with cable channels and easy access to your own streaming apps. luggage rack(s), lots of wood hangers, small table and chairs, coffee maker and good coffee, mid sized fridge and small microwave. Pool and beach towels and Beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to Beach. Wonderful staff and ownership on site. Very safe area and secure parking at all times day and night. Can walk, bike or jog from the Intracoastal to the Beach or to Las Olas, or Sunrise. Can't beat the stay for the price and quality anywhere on the Fort Lauderdale Beach locations.

The only bad thing was that we payed for a room that sleeps 4 but only and they made us pay for the additional people besides my husband and myself

Lovely hotel that's great for a short stay. Staff were nice and room was clean. Hotel is about 10-13min walk to the seafront, restaurants and some shops. I didn't have a car but saw that the parking is very close to rooms so you don't have to carry luggage far. I booked for one night to board a cruise the next day (the hotel is about a 20 mins drive to the cruise terminals). I'd book at Rolo Beach Hotel again.

The staff was super good. Stored our luggage and let us check in early. The pool area was very nice. Short walk to the beach. Room was very clean. The air conditioner was a little loud but that is a minor complaint.

Affordable, clean, conveniently located. The bed was comfy. The main room was a decent size and updated but the bathroom was ridiculously small and not updated in 50 years. This was room 11A, my brother was in room 11 and his room and bathroom were twice the size of mine and just fine.

Staff were very good, however the rooms on the older section of the property were very run down and needed a lot of work. Bathroom was very tight and fixtures were falling apart.

Hotel is very solid if you get the newly renovated units. The location is not the best as there isn’t anything very close. It was a pleasant stay, big room, very comfy and quiet. Just wish there was more around that we didn’t have to walk over 10-15 minutes.
