The place is nice the area is beautiful, the lady taking the check in not nice, they also charge you 20 dollars more for no reason, and breakfast is only one hour 8-9 am, those tricky things are the ones that make me not wanting to come back…..

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Minimal furniture. dated and older. Definitely needs some work. Luckily we were just there to sleep before a flight. Location was great.

Perfect Birthday getaway spot

Regardless of all the ridiculous reviews I read. The staff was awesome and attentive. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The size of the space for the price and location during the On Season was very reasonable. Being just a few steps to the beach and broad walk easy great. We’ll book there again

Staff very unfriendly. Check in was long and tedious. 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room, e asked several housekeepers for more and were told we had to go to the office. Had to wait in line to get a roll!

Ocean Boutique Hollywood Beach

The check in service handles several different hotels in their portfolio. It took an hour to check in as they could not find my reservation. The key provided did not open the door to the room, we had to wait some more on the maintenance man to come open door. Booked king size bed, the room we received had a double bed. The room was dated but clean.

Booked a room at Oceanside boutique hotel and was switched to another hotel within their properties. If it was interchangeable buildings/rooms, that should be stated on Expedia’s site. Cold outside the heat was not working, the toilet hardly flushed and the space had shotty finishes, & no decor.

Bed bugs,

The bed had bed bugs. There was red hair on the covers. I tried to tell the staff to switch my room and they didn't speak English. They tried rushing me along to get to the other people checking in. I'm very disappointed. I got no sleep because of things crawling on me.

It would have been nice to know about all the hidden fees before booking this room because otherwise you could’ve went somewhere much nicer and will never book into this place again
