Great little gem priced below its worth

Oliver was very friendly and helpful. The place is better than expected. No bugs,clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool beach in walking distance and stove dishes and large fridge plus a desk arex2 and a 2 top kitchen table with 2 chairs and each desk has a chair also. Beds are comfortable. Tv works well many channels to choose from. Where can you get all that for less than $60 per night for 3 taxes and all in Ft. Lauderdale with no parking fee either. Very good for what you get for the price and no carpet is a plus for those who have allergies. Definitely book unless you are Hilton type you will be fine here. I’ve stayed at both and tbh what 1 night cost at the Hilton you can stay various days here and be quite content. Enjoy.

First the AC was leaking water inside the room. i had my clothes under it and it got all wet! Everything. Second the water pressure was extremely low. And to top it off I killed 6 cockroach in the room. i booked for 4 days but I left after the first night. I will not recommend this place unless if you don't mind the cockroaches and the mold smell..

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY THE CLEANING EMPLOYEES I MEET UP WITH DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL AND I HAD TO COMMUNICATE TO THEM BY SIGNS AND BODY LANGUAGE MOST OF THE TIME THE ROOM WAS SO CONVENIENT FOR ME DOING TO MY PHYSICAL CONDITION I WAS VERY PLEASED FOR THE PRICE PAID

Booked for 4 nights. Came in after 11:30 flight rescheduled. Place was horrible/. Bugs, rusty lighting appliances. Broken electric socket, cable tv not working. Stayed night didn’t have choice. Next day checked out and stayed at courtyard Marriot. This place should not have even been added on Expedia. Now Expedia won’t refund trip because hotel denied authorization. Not a good look for Expedia. Even though I bought the insurance policy

It's a great location and a great value for the money. What I call "old Florida" before the developers got hold of it. Yes it's a little ragged here and there but it's also cozy small, livable and human scaled. The mega properties across the road dwarf it but somehow it holds it's own.

For the price I can't complain,great location 3 minutes walk through the beach in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale.But one thing I didn't like there's not enough dishes and pat, I paid for the room with kitchen because I had my two kids with me there's no dishes I was forced to buy my own including broom, the room has a lot of sand I didn't want to wait until the cleaning ladies come, so I bought the broom too It's the first hotel I went that has a kitchen but nothing to clean such a broom, plates,Class cup, knife, etc.The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful.I also very disappointed about they make me paid $40 cash when I was about to check out the office wasn't open yet,I left the key with my room number including my name .When i called back nobody answered, they told me they will give me the money back when I return the key nada .The AC needs to be updated including the keys .You added too much chemicals when cleaning the pool, my son's eye was hurting him every time he goes to the pool so we stopped going . Get some dishes, mops, including broom in the $ store you will be way a better hotel for family.

Oliver was a great and involved host. My only issue was that the room temp cannot be adjusted by occupant. Would love to have had it cooler in the room. Will definitely stay again

This property is definitely a motel. Check in was at 3pm and they were still cleaning our rooms at 3:30. They used so much bleach my nephew had an asthma attack and we had to leave, management refused to give us a refund
