Not worth the money
We paid a pretty penny to stay here and it was not worth it in my opinion. We didn’t even get an ocean view. There was no microwave, no extra blankets, the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all, our shower literally had a leak I couldn’t fix that sprayed all over the bathroom when you cut it on so I draped a towel over the shower head to use it so the bathroom didn’t get soaked. The tile of the shower was also like lifting and one of the tiles in the middle of the shower almost cut my foot open. The way the shower was designed, there’s no way to not get water all of the floor. The entire floor and our room smelled like pot. I didn’t sleep much because the walls and doors are so thin I heard people and elevators loudly all night. The lobby looks so nice and as soon as you get into the elevators, the floors/hallways look completely different. Not nice at all. Rooms are BARE and not very updated. Literally paid all the money for an open room with 2 beds I feel like. $14 a day just to park at the hotel even though you’re already paying a lot to stay there. No breakfast, you have to pay for that too.

We had high hopes for our stay unfortunately there was a lot wrong. Our floor smelled of smoke and Pot. Extremely strong smelling! The facilities were very old. No curtains on the window in the bathroom and a see through shower door. If we can see out others can see in… Loud music from the Tiki bar until 2 to 3 AM!!! Loud construction noises underneath our room. The doors were loud and old so we were hearing doors slam all the time. Dogs were barking in the hotel. Not enough towels. One towel holder in one of our rooms there was none in the other. No place to put soap or shampoo in the shower except on the floor. Toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay on the wall. Most of the staff were not considerate of their guests. One of the elevators had spilled food in it . The next morning approximately 8 hours later it was still all over the elevator floor… The Tiki bar was nice and convenient but for non alcoholic beverages they did not carry a lot of options. The Valet Parker’s were by far the best. Considerate and timely. Even helped us when other staff would not. I had many many high hopes for our stay I had done a lot of research but I am very disappointed with the stay.

Its great that they have a coffee shop and beach club but our room have very little amenities just a sheet on the bed no shelves in the bath room no hooks in rhe bath room. Room very bare not all the rooms are the same stayed 3 times and got a difference room everytime. Thus one was the worst.

If okay with just a very very basic beachfront hotel then this is it. It doesn’t a tiki bar and restaurant that is extremely overpriced. But the staff is unfriendly for the most part. The hotel and room felt very ran down. Doors didn’t shut on the dresser, bugs in the bathroom

I loved being right on the water with beautiful views! The restaurant and tiki hut were wonderful except for forcing our group to not being able to have separate checks! The work of trying to separate the checks in the end was such a hassle and almost always came out wrong inconveniently upsetting everyone into not tipping as well as normal. Many in our group are server’s and could have done it in a much more timely matter harvesting higher gratuities. I would also like to see a coffee pot in the room. I prefer to not get ready for the day before some coffee and would then be able to go to the coffee shop in the lobby. The suite our friends stayed in was beautiful but the door to the patio was very hard to open and needed lubrication. All in all, I would recommend to others with just a couple of heads up.

Older hotel, needs updating, staff is friendly! No access to purchasing hotel transfers to ship ports, only taxi or uber. No universal indoor restaurant only an italian restaurant! Everything else for dining is outside and not good if its rainy weather. Stay was pleasant!

Reasonably priced spacious 2 BR Suite. Direct beach access with cool Tiki Bar right on beach. Free transportation with Circuit App. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Loved our stay here and will be back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant was great!! The Bamboo Tiki bar was great. The room needs updates. The exit doors to the staircase slams very loud and all the time. Really wish it was a non smoking hotel. The smell of cigarette and weed is so bad while walking through the hallways. Excellent location and easy access to the beach.
