Restaurant not with many options. Area is terrible and not much fun things to do. A member of the staff there ripped off an iguanas tail right in front of us. It was cruel and we will not stay here again. Room Was never cleaned well when asked for housekeeping which is also very gross.

Rooms are spacious. Plenty of storage and space in the bathroom. Ceiling fan was a big surprise that I love.2 soft swivel chairs by the window. Really comfortable bed.

Very nice place. Staff was friendly and great! Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom /shower. Beach was beautiful. Only complaint was food variety could have been a little better and food price expensive. Lots of small kids liked the 11th floor pool but my mature teen was not allowed in.

The hotel was fun, upbeat & the center of all the action on the Broadwalk. All Staff we encountered were super friendly and always smiling. It had the Disney service feeling. It is a family friendly hotel so expect kids. The 5’o Clock Somewhere bar is a great place to escape and watch the boats. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very good experience! My wife and I were there for New Year's Eve. The food at the buffet was alright! The room was great!! But we did not like the shower.
